Alfie Gorill fended off strong competition to claim this year’s Christmas Card competition hosted by Rachael Hamilton MSP and John Lamont MP.
Alfie of P.5 Kirkhope Primary, Selkirk, won the competition with a design of an aerial view of a snow man looking up at falling snow.
For his efforts, Alfie was awarded a Lego Technic.

Rachael Hamilton MSP said: "Alfie was a worthy winner in a field of very strong competition. Well done to all who entered.
